Terms of Use
The rules of the box, in plain language.
1. Agreement
By using penaltyboxleague.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You are responsible for making sure that using a social casino game is lawful where you are.
3. Social gaming only
The Site offers a free-to-play social casino game, Latchwork, for entertainment purposes only. No real-money wagering takes place on the Site. Virtual coins:
- are provided free of charge and cannot be purchased;
- have no monetary value and are not your property;
- cannot be redeemed, cashed out, transferred, sold or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes of any kind;
- are held only in your browser session and reset when the page reloads.
Playing a social casino game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
4. Fair play
Spin outcomes are determined by a random number generator and the published paytable. You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics, game artwork and code belong to Penalty Box League or its licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
6. Availability
We try to keep the Site available and working, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or withdraw the Site or the game at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site involves no payments, our total liability to you in connection with it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Responsible play
Please play in moderation. Our Responsible Play page has guidance on taking breaks and finding support.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page; continuing to use the Site means you accept it.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@penaltyboxleague.com.
